Third Period definition

Third Period means the nine month period from 1 May through to the last Friday in January of each fishing year; and

Third Period means the period from the end of the Second Period to and including the Initial Maturity Date.

Third Period has the meaning specified therefor in the definition of “Applicable Premium”.

Examples of Third Period in a sentence

• During the Initial Period, Officer shall serve as the President of the Company; during the Second Period, Officer shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company; and during the Third Period, Officer shall serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in each case, with such duties and responsibilities as are customary with respect to such positions.

• Interest accrued on the unpaid principal balance of the Debenture during the Third Period shall be paid, at the election of Maker, either in cash or in shares of Common Stock valued at a rate of $0.50 per share of Common Stock.

• For purposes hereof: “First Period” means the period from July 1, 2021 through and including May 31, 2022; “Second Period” means the period from June 1, 2022 through and including May 31, 2023; “Third Period” means the period from June 1, 2023 through and including May 31, 2024; and “Periods” means collectively, the First Period, the Second Period and the Third Period.

• During the Third Period, herein defined as that period of time until the Company has Funding or Revenue sufficient to pay a full salary of $10,000 per month, Employee shall receive $10,000 per month and be eligible for bonus, benefits and stock options as they become available.

• Interest accrued on the unpaid principal balance of the Debenture during the Third Period shall be paid on the Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Third Period

Third Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.01(a)(iii).

Third Period means the period from 22 September 2019 to 21 September 2020;
