Third Party Valuation Firm definition

Third Party Valuation Firm means any independent investment bank or valuation firm with a national, established reputation for the valuation of securities.
Third Party Valuation Firm means an Independent nationally recognized third-party appraisal firm selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
Third Party Valuation Firm shall have the meaning given in Section 10.2.
