Third Party Technologies definition

Third Party Technologies shall have the meaning as given in Section 4.1(k).
Third Party Technologies means third- party software or online services that Customer wishes to integrate or interoperate with the Online Service. Examples of Third-Party Technologies include third-party single sign-on platforms, project management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems that interconnect with the Online Service through an application programming interface (API).
Third Party Technologies has the meaning given to that term in Clause 1.2 below.

Examples of Third Party Technologies in a sentence

  • SEIMonster does not endorse or recommend any Third-Party Technology, and Customer is responsible for investigating the quality and suitability of Third-Party Technologies that Customer elects to use.

  • If the Third-Party Provider Terms require that Siemens provide Third-Party Technologies in the form of source code, Siemens shall do so on request and on reimbursement of its reasonable expenses for so doing.

  • SIEMonster’s Products are designed to facilitate Customer’s integrated management of data generated by Third-Party Technologies, including software under an Open Source Software License that is distributed by SIEMonster with the Software.

  • At Customer’s request (and provided such request falls within the functional capabilities of the Online Service), the Online Service may integrate or interoperate with Third-Party Technologies through application programming interfaces (APIs) calls.

  • If Customer elects to use the Online Service with Third-Party Technologies, Customer agrees that this provides Boréalis the right to export and import Customer Data to and from such Third-Party Technologies for purposes of delivering the Online Servicepurchased by Customer.

  • With the exception of the rights and licenses expressly set forth in Section 4 above, nothing in these Terms grants any right, title or interest in or to any Intellectual Property Rights in or relating to the Company Properties or Third-Party Technologies.

  • All right, title and interest in and to the Company Properties and the Third-Party Technologies are and will remain with Flex Text and the respective rights holders in the Third-Party Technologies.

  • If Company wishes to use Third-Party Technologies, Company is solely responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses and compatible software from the respective third party licensors.

  • SIEMonster provides integration features for Third-Party Technologies as part of the SIEMonster Service.

  • Third-Party Technologies are not products of Thorn, and Thorn does not guarantee their function or their interoperability with the Software.

Related to Third Party Technologies

  • Company Technology means all Technology owned or purported to be owned by the Company.

  • Technology means any and all technical information, specifications, drawings, records, documentation, works of authorship or other creative works, ideas, algorithms, models, databases, ciphers/keys, systems architecture, network protocols, research, development, and manufacturing information, software (including object code and source code), application programming interfaces (APIs), innovations, mask works, logic designs, circuit designs, technical data, processes and methods.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.
