Third Party Support definition

Third Party Support means any support and/or maintenance services we resell to You, that is provided by any party other than Us on any Software and/or Hardware;
Third Party Support means technical support provided for a Product’s hardware or software components not provided by Infinidat. It is confirmed and agreed that Infinidat shall provide Third Party Support at its sole discretion, without liability for the same, and such support shall not be subject to any support level target.

  • For good cause, the Commission may disclose otherwise confidential information to the Supreme Court, law enforcement agencies, State Auditor, Attorney General, Supreme Court Disciplinary Board, or others.G. Third Party Support.

  • NTT service level agreements and objectives do not apply to Third Party Support.

  • The terms of this Schedule 3 of these Conditions apply to and are deemed incorporated within all Statement of Works where within the IT Supplies there is a reference to Software, Hardware and/or Third Party Support, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions or other contractual terms or arrangements proposed by You.

  • MTI shall resell, and you shall purchase the Software, Hardware and/or Third Party Support in accordance with any written quotation of MTI, or any written order of Yours which is accepted by MTI, subject to these Conditions, which shall govern the sale to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Covered Government support contractor means a contractor (other than a litigation support contractor covered by 252.204-7014) under a contract, the primary purpose of which is to furnish independent and impartial advice or technical assistance directly to the Government in support of the Government’s management and oversight of a program or effort (rather than to directly furnish an end item or service to accomplish a program or effort), provided that the contractor—

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
