Third Party Software Licenses definition

Third Party Software Licenses have the meanings as detailed and further set forth in the applicable Exhibit A and an Order (as defined in Section 5.2).
Third Party Software Licenses means software any licenses relating to any Third Party Software or Open Source Software, including the general public license (if applicable), under which third party proprietors license such software to end users such as the Customer.
Third Party Software Licenses. Section 5.15(c)(ii) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth a complete and accurate list of all third party Software that is contained or embedded in, or otherwise used in connection with, any Company Products (“Third Party Embedded Software”).
