Third Party Software definition

Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
Third Party Software refers to software programs or plug-ins developed by companies or individuals other than Grantee which are used in performance of the Project. It does not include items which are ancillary to the performance of the Project, such as internal systems of Grantee which were deployed by Grantee prior to the Contract and not procured to perform the Project.
Third Party Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for companies other than the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Intellectual Property is exclusively owned by and reserved to Passport, or to Passport’s Third Party Software or Third Party Hardware providers, as the case may be, and Passport or such Third Party Software or Third Party Hardware providers will retain all right, title, and interest in the Intellectual Property.

  • To the extent portions of the Third Party Software are distributed under and subject to open source licenses obligating Axway to make the source code for such portions publicly available (such as the GNU General Public License ("GPL") or the GNU Library General Public License ("LGPL")), Axway will make such source code portions (including Axway modifications, as appropriate) available upon request for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of distribution.


More Definitions of Third Party Software

Third Party Software means (i) any and all software products and content licensed to Licensee under this Agreement as specified in Software Order Forms hereto, all as developed by companies other than SAP, SAP SE and/or any of their affiliated companies and delivered to Licensee hereunder; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through SAP Support or warranty obligations and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Third Party Software means the third party software, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.
Third Party Software means all Software owned by third parties that is either (i) licensed, offered or provided to customers of the Company as part of or in conjunction with any Company Product or (ii) otherwise used by or licensed to the Company or any Company Subsidiary in connection with the Company Products, excluding Standard Software.
Third Party Software means standalone software applications proprietary to a third party that are provided or otherwise made available with, on or through RIM Products, Software or RIM Services, such as a RIME Store.
