Third Party Shipper definition

Third Party Shipper means any third party from which a Shipper receives or is entitled to receive Natural Gas at an Entry Point for transportation through the Transportation System;
Third Party Shipper. – means a Shipper who, if and as provided in a Transportation Agreement, is designated by a Committed Shipper to ship product under such Committed Shipper’s capacity and priority rights, including the proration status of a Committed Shipper, up to the amount of Committed Volume designated by such Committed Shipper.
Third Party Shipper is defined in Section 13.8.

  • The requirements set forth above shall apply to each Third Party Shipper designated by a Committed Shipper.

  • A Committed Shipper’s use of a Third Party Shipper shall be governed by the provisions set forth in such Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Committed Shipper shall be prohibited from utilizing a Third Party Shipper until such time as the Third Party Shipper has executed a Third Party COGA with Carrier or accepted in writing in accordance with the applicable assignment provisions of the Committed Shipper’s COGA all of the obligations of the Committed Shipper under the Committed Shipper’s COGA.

  • Accordingly, Committed Shippers that ship from the truck station Origin Points specified herein and Uncommitted Shippers will not have the right to use a Third Party Shipper.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Committed Shipper shall be prohibited from utilizing a Third Party Shipper until such time as the Third Party Shipper has executed a Transportation Services Agreement with Carrier, a form of which is attached to the Committed Shipper’s TGSA.


More Definitions of Third Party Shipper

Third Party Shipper means a Person, other than Shipper, designated by Shipper to transport Product under this Tariff and a TSA.
Third Party Shipper means a person, other than Shipper and/or its affiliate(s), designated by an Incentive Shipper to transport Crude Petroleum under this Tariff and a Throughput and Deficiency Agreement.
Third Party Shipper means any customer on the Pipeline System other than Shipper.
Third Party Shipper means a nationally or regionally recognized company, regularly engaged in the business of transporting freight and duly licensed and registered with all applicable governmental agencies.
Third Party Shipper. (as defined in the TGSA) for a TGSA Shipper on the Pipeline pursuant to the terms set forth in this Agreement, the TGSA, and the Tariff; and

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.
