Third Party Requests definition

Third Party Requests means a request from third party for information related to use of the Services by a Customer or End User. If we receive such Third-Party Requests, we shall transmit such requests to the Customer within a commercially reasonable time. If a Customer fails to respond to a Third Party Request, we may only respond to such request to the extent allowed by this Agreement.
Third Party Requests means any request from a third-party relating to Customer’s Use of the Services in conjunction with third-party software, product(s) or service(s), including without limitation, requests for records relating to Customer’s or End User's use of Services, search warrants, court orders, or subpoenas.
