Third Party Reports definition

Third Party Reports means any reports, studies or other information prepared or compiled for Purchaser by any Consultant or other third-party in connection with Purchaser’s investigation of the Property.
Third Party Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.

  • Additional files required for Application submission (e.g., Third Party Reports) outside the Uniform Application must also be uploaded to the secure web transfer server.

  • For Tax-Exempt Bond Developments, the Third Party Reports must be received by the Department pursuant to §11.201(2) of this chapter.

More Definitions of Third Party Reports

Third Party Reports means all reports, appraisals and other written materials prepared by third parties for Seller with respect to the Purchased Loans, including all real estate appraisals, equipment appraisals and environmental reports that relate to the Purchased Loans.
Third Party Reports with respect to any Real Property which the Borrower has submitted a written request to be included in as a Borrowing Base Property pursuant to Section 5.3, each of the following documents prepared for such Real Property:
Third Party Reports means all reports, appraisals and other written materials prepared for and provided to the Seller with respect to the Portfolio, including all appraisals, environmental reports and audit or field examination reports of the Seller that relate to the Portfolio.
