Third Party Product definition

Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

Third Party Product shall include product manufactured or developed by a corporate entity independent from Contractor and provided by Contractor on a non-exclusive licensing or other distribution agreement with the third party manufacturer. “Third Party Product” does not include product where Contractor is: (a) a corporate subsidiary or affiliate of the third party manufacturer/developer; and/or (b) the exclusive re-seller or distributor of product manufactured or developed by said corporate entity.

Third Party Product means a Product provided by a Third Party.

• Any claims for redress presented by the Customer due, among other things, to intellectual property infringements, defects, delays, damages or any other consequences arising from the use or implementation of the Third Party Product is the responsibility of such Third Party Product provider and not Pentana Solutions and shall, as such be governed by such Third Party terms and not this Agreement.

• Notwithstanding the Third Party Product Terms of Service and legal and regulation compliance may be immediately applicable.

• Customer further agrees that Oracle has no control over, does not endorse or warrant and has no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, integrity, fitness, safety, reliability, legality, or any other aspect of (a) any Third Party Product or Service that Customer may purchase through the Service, or (b) any descriptions, promises or other information related to the foregoing.

• The Product, including Redistributables, may include source code, redistributable files, and/or other files provided by a third party vendor ("Third Party Product").

• In the event of contradiction, the Specific Terms of Service, as well as the General Terms of Service, shall prevail over the Third Party Product Terms of Use.

More Definitions of Third Party Product

Third Party Product means any non-Arctic Wolf branded products and services (including Equipment, and any operating system software included therewith) and non-Arctic Wolf-licensed software products, including Open Source Software.

Third Party Product software in object code form, database, service or content, including Documentation, updates and enhancements thereto if any, owned by an entity other than Us.

Third Party Product means Products based upon Third Party Oligonucleotide Drug that are made, designed, or otherwise created by or on behalf of an Independent Third Party after the date hereof pursuant to the Project using the Newco Technology and/or the Licensed Technologies. For avoidance of doubt, any Product based upon an Oligonucleotide Drug jointly developed by an Independent Third Party and Isis other than pursuant of the Program shall be deemed to be an Isis Product.

Third Party Product shall have the meaning given in Section 7.2.

Third Party Product means any product other than PA Product, produced by a third-party vendor and their use is governed by product-specific license agreements.
