Third Party Personnel definition

Third Party Personnel means: None. No collaborators are permitted on the Project. -OR-

Third Party Personnel means: faculty, employees, fellows, or students of INSERT NAME OF THIRD PARTY INSTITUTION, an academic institution, which institution (i) has agreed to collaborate in the Project, (ii) has faculty, employees, fellows, or students who have a need to use or provide a service in respect of the Data in connection with its collaboration in the Project, and (iii) has been made aware of the terms of this Agreement and agreed to comply, and to cause it personnel to comply, with such terms. Examples of Third Party Personnel in a sentence

  • Within 120 days after the Effective Date and annually thereafter by the anniversary of the Effective Date, GSK shall send a letter to each entity employing Third Party Personnel.

  • Within 90 days after the Effective Date, and annually thereafter by the anniversary of the Effective Date, Indivior shall send, electronically or in hard copy format, a letter to each entity employing Third Party Personnel.

  • Indivior shall include with the letter a copy of its Code of Conduct and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make a description of Indivior’s Compliance Program available to its Third Party Personnel; or (b) represent to Indivior that it has and enforces a substantively comparable compliance program for its Third Party Personnel.

  • The Client is to ensure that the Supplier Personnel and any Third Party Personnel nominated by the Supplier are given reasonable authorised access to premises and equipment in order that the Services may be delivered and maintained in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • J&J or the J&J Pharmaceutical Affiliate shall include with the letter a copy of the Code of Conduct and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make a copy of the Code of Conduct and a description of the Compliance Program available to its Third Party Personnel; or (b) represent to J&J or the J&J Pharmaceutical Affiliate that it has and enforces a substantively comparable code of conduct and compliance program for its Third Party Personnel.


More Definitions of Third Party Personnel

Third Party Personnel means personnel who perform in Promotional Functions or Product Related Functions who are employees of entities with which Indivior has or may in the future (during the term of this CIA) enter into agreements to co-promote a Government Reimbursed Product or to engage in joint promotional activities in the United States relating to such a product. Xxxxxxxx has represented that: (a) Third Party Personnel are employed by entities other than Indivior; (b) Indivior does not control the Third Party Personnel; (c) it would be commercially impracticable to compel the compliance of Third Party Personnel with the requirements set forth in this CIA. Indivior agrees to promote compliance by Third Party Personnel with Federal health care program and FDA requirements by complying with the provisions set forth below in Sections III.B.2, V.A.7, and V.B.7. Provided that Indivior Indivior Corporate Integrity Agreement complies with the requirements of Sections III.B.2, V.A.7, and V.B.7, Indivior shall not be required to fulfill the other CIA obligations that would otherwise apply to Third Party Personnel who meet the definition of Covered Persons.
Third Party Personnel means all persons (including sub-contractors of all tiers and their employees) employed or otherwise engaged by a Third Party in the provision of goods and/or Services to or on behalf of ESB.
Third Party Personnel means employees of entities with whom GSK currently has, or in the future does, enter into agreements to promote or co-promote a Government Reimbursed Product or to engage in joint promotional activities relating to such a product. GSK represents that: (1) the Third Party Personnel are employed by independent entities other than GSK; (2) GSK does not control Third Party Personnel; and (3) it would be commercially impracticable to GlaxoSmithKline LLC Corporate Integrity Agreement compel the compliance of Third Party Personnel with the requirements set forth in this CIA. GSK agrees to promote compliance by Third Party Personnel with Federal health care program requirements and FDA requirements by complying with the provisions set forth below in Sections III.B.2, V.A.8, and V.B.4 related to Third Party Personnel. Provided that GSK complies with the requirements of Sections III.B.2, V.A.8, and V.B.4, GSK shall not be required to fulfill the remaining CIA obligations that would otherwise apply to Third Party Personnel who meet the definition of Covered Persons.
Third Party Personnel means personnel who perform in Promotional Functions or Product Related Functions who are employees of entities with which Indivior has or may in the future (during the term of this CIA) enter into agreements to co-promote a Government Reimbursed Product or to engage in joint promotional activities in the United States relating to such a product. Third Party Personnel means the service personnel of any third party engaged by the Supplier to provide any of the Services. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the subcontractors of the Supplier.
Third Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in the AstraZeneca CIA.
Third Party Personnel means personnel of the entities with whom Forest or any Forest subsidiary has or may in the future (during the term of this CIA) enter into agreements to co-promote a Government Reimbursed Product in the United States or engage in joint promotional activities in the United States relating to such a product. Forest has represented that: (1) the Third Party Personnel are employed by entities independent of Forest; (2) Forest does not control Third Party Personnel; and (3) it would be commercially impracticable to compel the compliance of Third Party Personnel with the requirements set forth in this CIA. Forest agrees to promote compliance by Third Party Personnel with Federal health care program and FDA requirements by complying with the provisions set forth below in Sections III.B.2, V.A.7, and V.B.7 related to Third Party Personnel who meet the definition of Covered Persons. Provided that Forest complies with the requirements of Sections III.B.2, V.A.7, and V.B.7, Forest shall not be required to fulfill the other CIA obligations that would otherwise apply to Third Party Personnel who meet the definition of Covered Persons.
