Third Party Payor Agreements means all agreements listed on SCHEDULE 5.16(A) hereto to which any Seller is a party relating to the furnishing, management or maintenance of, or administration or data processing services relating to, physician or other professional service networks in connection with professional, medical or health maintenance services or other health cost arrangements in connection with any of the Businesses.
