Third Party Operators definition

Third Party Operators means (a) any third party providing products and/or services in the rail corridors on their own behalf, pursuant to rights granted by Metrolinx, including VIA Rail Canada Limited, Canadian Pacific Railway Company and Canadian National Railway Company; and (b) any third party who otherwise has a right to occupy, access, or use property or facilities on or adjacent to the rail corridors.
Third Party Operators means third parties that operate certain areas of the Crystals Component not otherwise operated by a Manager.
Third Party Operators means third parties that operate certain areas of the Condo-Hotel not otherwise operated by Operator.

  • Developer shall, upon the Expiration Date or earlier termination of this agreement, surrender and yield (and correspondingly cause its Third-Party Operators to surrender and yield) to the City the Premises.

  • Developer and/or Third-Party Operators shall provide its/their employees customer service training on an annual basis.

  • The City shall be a third party beneficiary of such agreements, with the express right to enforce the environmental covenants of all Third-Party Operators.

  • Within such 30 day period, Developer and its Third-Party Operators shall attain other suitable policies in lieu of those about to be cancelled, materially changed or non-renewed so as to maintain in effect the required coverage.

  • Developer and any Third-Party Operators shall participate in the Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Recreation Department Financial Aid for Youth Programs with respect to use of the Short Course and Courses.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third Party Funds means any segregated accounts or funds, or any portion thereof, received by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as agent on behalf of third parties in accordance with a written agreement that imposes a duty upon Borrower or one or more of its Subsidiaries to collect and remit those funds to such third parties.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
