To the extent permitted by law, these Rules expressly exclude every warranty, condition, liability or representation concerning any goods or any services supplied by a Third Party Offeror under or in connection with these Rules.
If a refund for goods returned by a Member is approved by Crown or a Third Party Offeror (as applicable), provided any Points earned from the original purchase have not already been otherwise used by the Member, such Points will be deducted from the Member’s Point balance.
