Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.
Third Party Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.
Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, related services, equipment, or components of or relating to the Solutions that are not proprietary to CentralSquare.
Third Party Consent means any Consent of a Person other than a Governmental Authority.
Product Complaint means any written, verbal or electronic expression of dissatisfaction regarding the Product, including without limitation reports of actual or suspected product tampering, contamination, mislabeling or inclusion of improper ingredients.
Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
infringement notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1;
Third Party Notes means, save to the extent provided otherwise above, those Notes of the relevant Series outstanding other than those Notes outstanding which are held by or for the benefit of the Issuer.
Third Party Reports With respect to any Mortgaged Property, the related Appraisal, Phase I environmental report, Phase II environmental report, seismic report or property condition report, if any.
Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
Third Party Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Third Party Claim Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Third Party Terms means, if any, the end user license agreement(s) or similar terms for the Third Party Software, as applicable and attached as Exhibit D.
Third Party Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a) hereof.
Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.
Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).
Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
Third Party Rights means the Intellectual Property of any third party;
Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.
Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;
Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.
