Third Party Information definition

Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.
Third Party Information means any information dealt with by a network service provider in his capacity as an intermediary;
Third Party Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, credit or debit card magnetic strip information, process, record, report or other item of information of a third party not insured under this Coverage Form which is not available to the general public and is provided to the "insured" subject to a mutually executed written confidentiality agreement or which the "insured organization" is legally required to maintain in confidence; however, "third party information" shall not include "personally identifiable information".

Examples of Third Party Information in a sentence

  • Executive shall deliver to the Company at the termination or expiration of the Employment Period, or at any other time the Company may reasonably request, all memoranda, notes, plans, records, reports, computer files, disks and tapes, printouts and software and other documents and data (and copies thereof) embodying or relating to Confidential Information, Third Party Information, Work Product, or the business of the Company which Executive may then possess or have under Executive’s control.

  • During and after the term of my employment, I will hold Third Party Information in strict confidence and will not disclose to anyone (other than Company personnel who need to know such information in connection with their work for Company) or use, Third Party Information, except in connection with my work for Company or unless expressly authorized by an officer of Company in writing.

  • Upon termination of my employment or upon Company’s request at any other time, I will deliver to Company all of Company’s property, equipment, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Inventions, Third Party Information or Confidential Information and certify in writing that I have fully complied with the foregoing obligation.


More Definitions of Third Party Information

Third Party Information means any confidential or proprietary information received by the Company or its Affiliates from third parties.
Third Party Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

Third Party Information shall not include material already in the public domain through no action of my own or actions of a third party not authorized to release such material into the public domain.
Third Party Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(c) hereof.
