Third Party Hardware definition

Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.
Third Party Hardware means Handheld Products, computer, equipment, peripherals and any other hardware product that is not a RIM Product. "Third Party Products" means Third Party Hardware and Third Party Software and any other commercial products that are not RIM Products.
Third Party Hardware means hardware products owned by Customer or purchased by Customer from third parties that are used by Customer in conjunction with the Software.

More Definitions of Third Party Hardware

Third Party Hardware means any hardware component, part, assembly, tool or product that is (i) purchased by the Company or its Subsidiaries from any other Person and (ii) incorporated into any Company Product or used in connection with any support or development of any Company Product.
