Third Party Documents definition

Third Party Documents means the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and with respect to a Third Party Financier, all other documents executed in connection with the financing or guaranty or credit enhancement provided by such Third Party Financier (other than the Transaction Documents).
Third Party Documents means any drawings plans designs diagrams specifications technical data models bills of quantities reports calculations or other documents or recorded information whatsoever which are owned by any third party;
Third Party Documents means such documents and information, created or issued by a third party, to be provided to the License Inspector by an applicant in accordance with this Schedule.

More Definitions of Third Party Documents

Third Party Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the School Management --------------------- Agreement and the Senior Loan Documents.

Related to Third Party Documents

  • Property Documents means, collectively, (a) the Leases, (b) the Contracts, and (c) any other documents or instruments which constitute, evidence or create any portion of the Property.

  • Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).
