Third Party Applications definition

Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

Third Party Applications means applications, integrations, services, or implementation, customization and other consulting services related thereto, provided by a party other than Oracle, as further described in the section below entitled “Third Party Applications” that interoperate with the Cloud Service, including but not limited to those listed on XxxxxXxx.xxx.

Examples of Third Party Applications in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, any procurement or use of Third- Party Applications is solely between Customer and the applicable third party and Snowflake will have no liability for such Third-Party Applications.

• Further, except as set forth in the Product Specific Terms, Customer acknowledges all Content and Third-Party Applications furnished by Sugar are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind and Customer assumes all responsibility and risk for its use of Content and Third-Party Applications.

• Third-Party Applications may be available for use in connection with Application Services, or Application Services may contain features designed to interoperate with Third-Party Applications.

• Sugar is not responsible for nonconforming Services resulting from any of the following: (i) Customer Data, (ii) modification to Services made other than by or at the direction of Sugar, (iii) Third-Party Applications, Content or hardware or with applications not furnished by Sugar, (iv) failure by Customer to use Services in accordance with the Documentation, or (v) Customer’s breach of this Agreement.

• Customer acknowledges that Xxxxx’s third-party suppliers are intended third-party beneficiaries to the Agreement and may benefit from and enforce the terms of the Agreement respecting their Third-Party Applications.

More Definitions of Third Party Applications

Third Party Applications means computer software programs and other technology that are provided or made available to Customer by third parties.
