Third Party Applications definition

Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.
Third Party Applications means applications, integrations, services, or implementation, customization and other consulting services related thereto, provided by a party other than Oracle, as further described in the section below entitled “Third Party Applications” that interoperate with the Cloud Service, including but not limited to those listed on XxxxxXxx.xxx.
Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties, interoperate with the Services, and are identified as third-party applications.

Examples of Third Party Applications in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any procurement or use of Third- Party Applications is solely between Customer and the applicable third party and Snowflake will have no liability for such Third-Party Applications.

  • Customer acknowledges that Xxxxx’s third-party suppliers are intended third-party beneficiaries to the Agreement and may benefit from and enforce the terms of the Agreement respecting their Third-Party Applications.

Third Party Applications means computer software programs and other technology that are provided or made available to Customer by third parties.
