Third Offense definition

Third Offense. A FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR( 500) FINE will be issued to the address, immediate eviction, termination of lease, and no rental payments or security deposits will be returned in the event a disorderly conduct citation issued by the issuing law enforcement agency.

More Definitions of Third Offense

Third Offense. The student will be referred to the Xxxx of Students office. The student will be required to call home regarding the dress code violation and parents will be expected to provide an appropriate change of clothing for the student that fits within the DAS dress code policy. The student will be isolated from the classroom for the remainder of the school day until he/she is in proper uniform. Guidelines for clarification are as follows:
Third Offense. The student will serve an out-of-school suspension. BACKPACKS/BOOK BAGS/PURSES Backpacks, book bags, purses and/or large zipped organizers are not allowed in the classroom.
