Third Extension Term definition

Third Extension Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.3(b) below.

Examples of Third Extension Term in a sentence

• The Original Term together with the First Extension Term, if applicable, and the Second Extension Term, if applicable, and the Third Extension Term, if applicable, shall constitute the term of the Agreement (“Term”).

• Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Base Year shall remain calendar year 2007 with respect to the Third Extension Term.

• The Premises shall be tendered on the Commencement Date of the First Extension Term, the Second Extension Term, and the Third Extension Term in "as-is" condition.

• Commencing on November 1, 2022, and on each successive November 1 thereafter during the Term (excluding the Third Extension Term, as hereinafter defined), Annual Fixed Rent shall increase by two percent (2%) of the then-current Annual Fixed Rent.

• If Tenant does not give the Second Extension Notice within the period set forth in paragraph (b) above, Tenant's right to extend the Lease Term for the Second Extension Term and the Third Extension Term shall automatically terminate.

• If Tenant does not give the Third Extension Notice within the period set forth in paragraph (c) above, Tenant's right to extend the Lease Term for the Third Extension Term shall automatically terminate.

More Definitions of Third Extension Term

Third Extension Term means the period beginning on the end of the Second Extension Term and ending on the [***] thereof.

Third Extension Term means the time period commencing on the day after the Second Extended Maturity Date and ending on the Third Extended Maturity Date.
