The Superintending Officer shall issue the notice to commence the supply immediately after the acceptance of the Quotation by the successful Contractor.

The Superintending Officer may instruct the Contractor at any time, before, during or after the execution or completion of the Works to amend or modify the design provided by the Contractor in respect of any deficiency of any kind or nature discovered by the Superintending Officer and to carry out such work as is necessary to give effect to such amended or modified design in accordance with the Superintending Officer's instruction(s).
