The Service Rates definition

The Service Rates means the fees payable by the Borrower as defined on the Platform, including the Operator’s fees. The Service Rates are published on the Platform (amounts of certain Service Rates are specified in separate agreements between the User and Operator). The Service Rates shall be considered a part of this Agreement.

A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
