the Rent means the rental payable by the Lessee to the Lessor for the hire of the Property;

More Definitions of the Rent

the Rent means FOUR THOUSAND AND NINETY EIGHTPOUNDS PER ANNUM (£4,098.00) per annum exclusive of Value Added Tax (if any) payable thereon.
