the Property definition

the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);
the Property means the Property sold by the Seller to the Purchaser in terms of this Agreement as identified in C1 of the Information Schedule, comprising a vacant residential erf;

Examples of the Property in a sentence

  • The Property will be sold by way of auction through the Auctioneer.

  • The Property is believed to be and shall be taken to be correctly described and is sold subject to all express conditions, restrictions-in-interest, caveats, leases, tenancies, easements, liabilities, encumbrances and rights, if any, subsisting thereon or thereover without the obligation to define the same respectively and the Purchaser is deemed to have full knowledge thereof.

  • The Property may be subject to restrictions contained on the plat, deed, covenants, conditions, and restrictions, or other documents noted in a Title Search Report.

  • The Property Manager should be contacted to gain approved sign vendor information.

  • The Property shall be deemed to be in good condition when received by or on behalf of the Supplier unless the Supplier notifies the Customer otherwise within five (5) Working Days of receipt.


More Definitions of the Property

the Property means the premises, the address of which is noted on the first page of this Agreement, or any subsequent change to the address made by the local authority.
