The Price definition

The Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

Examples of The Price in a sentence

  • The Price shall remain firm and fixed for the duration of this Agreement and, unless specifically stated in the Purchase Order, shall not be subject to any escalation, additional charges or any other increases of whatsoever description.
