The Permit Holder definition

The Permit Holder means the Permit Holder specified in the Permit or other person to whom the Permit has been transferred in accordance with the Industrial Emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations (LN 10 of 2013), and any statutory provisions or regulations amending or replacing them;

The Permit Holder means a natural or legal person who is in occupation of the Site and has responsibility for carrying out day to day activities at the Site and to whom the Permit has been issued and / or transferred.

  • The Permit Holder and any person working on the Project shall comply with all conditions set out in this Permit.

  • The Permit Holder shall give a copy of this Permit to the person(s) in charge of the site(s) and ensure that such person(s) fully understands all conditions and all requirements incorporated by the Permit.

  • The Permit Holder may appeal against any condition of this Permit under Section 17 of the Ordinance within 30 days of receipt of this Permit.

  • Transferable Permits means those Permits and Environmental Permits identified in Schedule 1.1(173), which may be transferred to Buyer without a filing with, notice to, consent or approval of any Governmental Authority.

  • Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.

  • Individual permit means a permit issued to a named permittee under section 22a-430 of the General Statutes.

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.

  • Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.
