  • If You purchased the Parts & Labor Extension Repair Plan, the term of this Agreement begins upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty for the Covered Product and continues for the period indicated on the Declarations Page, Your sales receipt or invoice.

  • Unless specified otherwise by Buyer in writing, Supplier shall provide Parts (or upon Buyer’s written consent, an alternative replacement part that provides the same form, fit and function as the Part(s)) for a period of twenty (20) years after production of the goods (into which the applicable Parts are incorporated) ceases.

  • If Supplier plans to discontinue production of the Parts after the twenty (20) year period, then Supplier shall provide Buyer with one calendar year’s notice prior to discontinuing such Parts.

  • If Parts and Labor (PL) or Parts (P) coverage is selected and shown on the face of this Agreement, the Parts and Labor (PL) or Parts (P) coverage under this Agreement are transferable to subsequent property owners.

  • Live parts means conductive part(s) intended to be electrically energized in normal use.
