The Nasdaq Stock Market definition

The Nasdaq Stock Market means the National Market System of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.
The Nasdaq Stock Market means the Nasdaq Inter-Dealer Quotation System or such other similar inter-dealer quotation system as may in the future be used generally by members of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. for over-the-counter transactions in securities.

Accordingly, if the method of calculating the Nasdaq-100 Index is modified so that the value of the Nasdaq-100 Index is a fraction or a multiple of what it would have been if it had not been modified, e.g., due to a split, then the Calculation Agent shall adjust the Nasdaq-100 Index in order to arrive at a value of the Nasdaq-100 Index as if it had not been modified, e.g., as if the split had not occurred.
