The Market Maker definition

The Market Maker means the Participant of the Exchange complying with criteria set in par. 2.8.2 of the Regulation, who, in accordance with the Market Maker’s Agreement between the Market Maker and the Operator, assumes obligations to submit to the ETS orders to buy and to sell for a specific volume and with present periodicity seeking to enter into a transaction and maintain the Exchange liquid.
