The Introducer definition

The Introducer means Big House Holiday Rentals Limited or any similar organisation that acts as an introducer of the Client to Us, where an introduction leads to a Booking;
The Introducer is the firm referred to in the Letting Agent application form and who will provide information about LA to the customer. Introducers will provide no information to LA about potential purchasers of LA’s insurance products and services. The introducer is not allowed to be involved in the selling or the arranging of the insurances.
The Introducer means the Individual(s) or entity who introduces a prospective Guest to the Owner or Agent “Guest/Guests(s)” - means the Individual(s) staying at the Property/Properties as a result of a booking having been made by the Xxxxxx. One or more of the Guests may be the Xxxxxx. Guests include any individual sleeping at the Property/Properties for one or more nights during the Stay. Names are required for reason of health and safety purposes (fire).

  • the SSCBA means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • the sub-processor means any processor engaged by the data importer or by any other sub-processor of the data importer who agrees to receive from the data importer or from any other sub-processor of the data importer personal data exclusively intended for processing activities to be carried out on behalf of the data exporter after the transfer in accordance with his instructions, the terms of the Clauses and the terms of the written subcontract;

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Limited Resource Constraint means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year and for FRR Capacity Plans the 2017/2018 and Delivery Years, for the PJM Region or each LDA for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for a Delivery Year, a limit on the total amount of Unforced Capacity that can be committed as Limited Demand Resources for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year in the PJM Region or in such LDA, calculated as the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region or such LDA, respectively, minus the Short Term Resource Procurement Target for the PJM Region or such LDA, respectively.
