The Hire Period definition

The Hire Period means the date and time specified by the hirer on the East Grinstead Town Council’s booking form.
The Hire Period means the period of hire of the Facilities as specified on the Platform and the Hire Period includes an allowance of 5 minutes in every hour to accommodate any disruption, preparation or set up caused by the transition between Hirers.
