The Hearing Committee means the relevant committee hearing an objection or appeal.

  • The Hearing Committee shall be the judge of the relevance and materiality of the evidence offered, and conformity to legal rules of evidence shall not be necessary.

  • The Hearing Committee will not be bound by strict rules of legal evidence, and may admit any evidence which is of probative value in determining the issues involved.

  • The Hearing Committee may, however, with the consent of the accused, authorize release of the findings, conclusions, and recommendations to other individuals or entities, to the extent allowed by law.

  • The Hearing Committee may call witnesses or make evidentiary requests on its own volition.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Hearing Board means the shoreline hearings board established by this chapter.

  • Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Research Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this By-law;
