The Grievance Procedure definition

The Grievance Procedure attached hereto as Annexure D shall apply to the Executive. This procedure sets out guidelines rather than binding contractual obligations. In the event of a grievance arising, the Executive shall be entitled to approach the Board to deal with the issue.

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School.   • appropriate procedures means procedures reasonably designed to prevent and detect errors and omissions. In determining the reasonableness of such procedures, weight will be given to such factors as are appropriate, including the prior occurrence of any similar errors or omissions when such procedures were in place and transfer agent industry standards, if known, in place at the time of the occurrence.

  • Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 19 (Written Procedure).

  • Surgical procedure means a procedure that is performed

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.
