Examples of The General Provisions in a sentence

  • The General Provisions, Special Provisions, and Attachments, as provided herein, constitute the complete Agreement (“Agreement”) between the parties hereto, and supersede any and all oral and written agreements between the parties relating to matters herein.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Equality Legislation means any and all legislation, applicable guidance and statutory codes of practice relating to diversity, equality, non-discrimination and human rights as may be in force from time to time in England and Wales or in any other territory in which, or in respect of which, the Supplier provides the Services;

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.
