The Contractee definition

The Contractee means the Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, acting through the Additional General Manager, Outsourcing Department ,Boiler Auxiliaries Plant, Ranipet – 632 406 unless the context otherwise provides.
The Contractee. / ’BHEL’ means the Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, acting through Addl. General Manager, Outsourcing, Piping Centre, Chennai, unless the contract otherwise provides.
