The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

  • The Client agrees to pay $10,000 to SOG Services for each year of participation, not to exceed $30,000 for the three year term.
