Chief Officer means the Chief Health Systems Officer of the Division or designee.
Chief of Staff means the member of the Professional Staff appointed by the Board to serve as Chief of Staff in accordance with the regulations under the Public Hospitals Act;
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
President means the President of the Corporation.

Vice-Chairman means the Vice Chairman of the Board.

Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
the Chairman means the Chairman presiding at any meeting of members or of the Board;
Chief Commissioner means the chief administrative officer of the County, or delegate;

Chief Fiscal Officer means the single office or official of the Recipient designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or his authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Chief School Administrator means the Superintendent of Schools or the Administrative Principal if there is no Superintendent.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
