On request, a copy of the insurance policy certificate must be provided to ASL via the Charity and also made available on request for the Participants to view.
If ASL and/or the Charity recommend that other Staff should also attend the courses, the Approved Activity Provider shall take reasonable steps to ensure that this occurs.
Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, the Approved Activity Provider shall not have any authority to hold itself out as ASL or the Charity for any purpose whatsoever.
