The Chargor definition

The Chargor means and include the respective personal representatives and estates of and the permitted successors in title transferees and assigns of the Chargor and "the Bank" shall mean and include the successors in title transferees and assigns of the Bank.
The Chargor and the "Security Trustee" shall, unless the context otherwise requires, include their respective assignees or successors in title, whether immediate or derivative in relation to their respective interests.
