the Certificate or "this Certificate" means the document which consists of the Basic Certificate, Certificate Information Statement, Schedules, Annexure and Endorsement, if any, annexed to this Certificate;
the Certificate means the certificate evidencing the grant of these options to the Option-holder;

  • The period of validity of the Certificate is indicated on its face.
