The Adviser definition

The Adviser has entered into a Sub-Advisory Agreement with the Sub-Adviser dated April 24, 2003 (the "Sub-Advisory Agreement"). Collectively the Management Agreement, Administration Agreement and Sub-Advisory Agreement are herein referred to as the "Adviser Agreements." This Underwriting Agreement is herein referred to as the "Agreement."
The Adviser means Steinberg Global Asset Management, Ltd.
The Adviser means the financial adviser acting on behalf of Vyke.

  • This voluntary advisory fee waiver may be terminated at any time by the Adviser upon notice to the Trust.
