Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000 as amended (the 2000 Regulations).
The 2015 Joint Committee may appoint one or more sub-committees of the Committee (in accordance with Regulation 11(4) of the 2000 Regulations*) as it may consider to be required and to delegate specific functions to such sub-committees.
