Texas Public Information Act. The Performing Agency is responsible for complying with the provisions of Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code (Texas Public Information Act) and the Attorney General Opinions issued under that statute. If the Performing Agency receives any requests for information created pursuant to or that pertains to this contract, Performing Agency will immediately notify TPWD, no later than three (3) business days after receiving the request. No public disclosures or news releases pertaining to this contract shall be made without prior written approval of TPWD as allowed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Electronic information means any information stored in an electronic form (including but not limited to binary-encoded information).

  • Geographic information system or “GIS” means a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present spatial or geographical data.

  • FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation;

The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Information Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable laws concerning the privacy, data protection, transfer, or security of Personal Confidential Information, including, to the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), other state, and federal, data security laws, data breach notification laws, and consumer protection laws.

  • Consumer Information Any personally identifiable information in any form (written electronic or otherwise) relating to a Mortgagor, including, but not limited to: a Mortgagor’s name, address, telephone number, Mortgage Loan number, Mortgage Loan payment history, delinquency status, insurance carrier or payment information, tax amount or payment information; the fact that the Mortgagor has a relationship with the Seller or Servicer or the originator of the related Mortgage Loan; and any other non-public personally identifiable information.

  • Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.

  • Public Infrastructure means publicly owned physical infrastructure necessary to support economic development projects, including, but not limited to, sewers, water supply systems, utility extensions, streets, wastewater treatment systems, storm water management systems, and facilities for pretreatment of wastewater to remove phosphorus.

  • Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Nonpublic Personal Information means nonpublic personal financial information and nonpublic personal health information.
