Texas Electric Choice Plan definition

Texas Electric Choice Plan means the Act of May 21, 1999, 76th Leg. R.S. ch. 405, 1999 (codified at Texas Utilities Code Section 39.001 et seq.).
Texas Electric Choice Plan means Chapter 39 of Title 2, Subtitle B of the Texas Utilities Code and such other revisions to the Texas Utilities Code as were effected by Senate Xxxx 7 as passed by the 76th Legislature of the State of Texas, Regular Session, signed into law and effective.
Texas Electric Choice Plan means the Act of May 29, 2007, H.B. 624 §§ 2-4, 80th Leg., R.S. (to be codified as an amendment to Texas Utilities Code Sections 39.301-.303).

  • Except for the conveyances hereunder or any Lien under Section 39.309 of the Texas Electric Choice Plan for the benefit of the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Transition Bondholders, the Seller shall not sell, pledge, assign or transfer to any other Person, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on, any of the Transition Property, whether now existing or hereafter created, or any interest therein.
