Texas Business Organizations Code definition

Texas Business Organizations Code means the Texas Business Organizations Code, as amended.
Texas Business Organizations Code means the Texas Business Organizations Code, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Texas Business Organizations Code or “TBOC” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
