Testing Procedures definition

Testing Procedures means the applicable testing procedures and Test Success Criteria set out in (Testing Procedure).

INTRODUCTIONThis Call Off Schedule (Testing) sets out the approach to Testing and the different Testing activities to be undertaken, including the preparation and agreement of the Test Strategy and Testing Strategy Plans.RISKThe issue of a Test Certificate, a Satisfaction Certificate and/or a conditional Satisfaction Certificate shall not:operate to transfer any risk that the relevant Deliverable or Milestone is complete or will meet and/or satisfy the Customer's requirements for that Deliverable or Milestone; oraffect the Customer's right subsequently to reject:all or any element of the Deliverables to which a Test Certificate relates; orany Milestone to which the Satisfaction Certificate relates. Notwithstanding the issuing of any Satisfaction Certificate, the Supplier shall remain solely responsible for ensuring that:the Services are implemented in accordance with this Call Off Contract; andeach Service Level is met. TESTING OVERVIEWAll Tests conducted by the Supplier shall be conducted in accordance with the Test Strategy, Test Specification and the Testing Strategy Plans.The Supplier shall not submit any Deliverable for Testing:unless the Supplier is reasonably confident that it will satisfy the relevant Test Success Criteria;until the Customer has issued a Test Certificate in respect of any prior, dependant Deliverable(s); anduntil the Parties have agreed the Testing Strategy Plan and the Test Specification relating to the relevant Deliverable(s).
Testing Procedures means the procedures set forth on Exhibit G hereto.

Examples of Testing Procedures in a sentence

  • Such offenses shall include, but are not limited to: unlawful possession of a controlled substance or alcohol subject to the Drug and Alcohol Testing Procedures provided for herein; intentional destruction or theft of City property, fighting on-the-job, and gross insubordination.

  • If the Testing Quality Audit gives the Customer concern in respect of the Testing Procedures or any Test, the Customer shall: discuss the outcome of the Testing Quality Audit with the Supplier, giving the Supplier the opportunity to provide feedback in relation to specific activities; and subsequently prepare a written report for the Supplier detailing its concerns, and the Supplier shall, within a reasonable timeframe, respond in writing to the Customer’s report.

  • If the Testing Quality Audit gives the Purchaser concern in respect of the Testing Procedures or any Test, the Purchaser shall: discuss the outcome of the Testing Quality Audit with the Service Provider, giving the Service Provider the opportunity to provide feedback in relation to specific activities; and subsequently prepare a written report for the Service Provider detailing its concerns, and the Service Provider shall, within a reasonable timeframe, respond in writing to the Purchaser’s report.

  • The quality and total quantity of the Gas delivered by the Operator on behalf of the User at the relevant Gas Delivery Point on each Gas Day will be determined in accordance with Schedule 3 (LNG and Gas Measurement and Testing Procedures).

  • Additionally, the Uniform Testing Procedures set forth in the National Agreement shall apply.


More Definitions of Testing Procedures

Testing Procedures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.2.
Testing Procedures means the test procedures for acceptance of the Products and/or Services as set out in the Statement of Work. As a minimum the Testing Procedures must demonstrate that the Products and/or Services comply in every capacity with the SOW. If the Testing Procedures are not identified in detail in the SOW they shall be agreed by both Parties at least two weeks prior to the commencement of any testing.

In addition, the refusal shall constitute insubordination and the employee shall be subject to discipline.
