Test Success Criteria definition

Test Success Criteria has the meaning given in Schedule 6.2 (Testing Procedures);
Test Success Criteria in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that Test as referred to in paragraph 6 of (Testing Procedures).
Test Success Criteria means, in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that Test as set out in the Test Plan;

Examples of Test Success Criteria in a sentence

  • TEST SUCCESS CRITERIA The Test Success Criteria for the Milestone Achievement Certificates have been agreed by the Parties prior to the Commencement Date and are set out in Annex 4 to this Schedule.

  • For each phase of the Implementation Period, the Test Success Criteria for: each Test that the Service Provider must Achieve for the ATP Milestone or a Contract Performance Point (“CPP”) Milestone, are set out in Annex 4; and all other Tests shall be agreed between the Parties as part of the relevant Test Plan pursuant to paragraph 5.

  • OUTCOME OF TESTING The Customer will issue a Test Certificate when the Deliverables satisfy the Test Success Criteria in respect of that Test without any Test Issues.

  • MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATES The Purchaser shall issue a Test Certificate as soon as reasonably practicable when the Deliverables satisfy the Test Success Criteria in respect of that Test without any Test Issues.

  • If the Deliverables (or any relevant part) do not satisfy the Test Success Criteria then: the Service Provider shall rectify the cause of the failure and re-submit the Deliverables (or the relevant part) to Testing, provided that the Parties agree that there is sufficient time for that action prior to the relevant Milestone Date; or the Purchaser may issue a Test Certificate conditional upon the remediation of the Test Issues; or the Parties shall treat the failure as a Service Provider Default.


More Definitions of Test Success Criteria

Test Success Criteria means, in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that Test as referred to in paragraph 7 of this Call Off Schedule;
Test Success Criteria the test success criteria referred to in paragraph 13 of schedule 6.2 (Testing Procedure);
Test Success Criteria means, in relation to a Test, the criteria that define the successful outcome of the Test; and
Test Success Criteria means, in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that Test as referred to in paragraph 4.14 of this Call Off Schedule;
Test Success Criteria in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that Test as referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 6 (Testing Procedure & Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) Section A.
Test Success Criteria means the criteria for test success as developed in accordance with Annex A (Generic Schools Implementation Plan);
Test Success Criteria means the test success criteria set out in paragraph 6 of Schedule 6.2 (Testing Procedures).
