Examples of Test Product in a sentence

  • In the event that Cempra enrolls a patient for human clinical testing of any Macrolide Antibiotics prior to formal designation of such Macrolide Antibiotics as a Test Product, such Macrolide Antibiotics shall be deemed to have been designated as a Test Product upon enrollment of the first such patient.

  • Licensee shall then resubmit the Test Product to an Approved Testing Lab for further testing.

  • Errors in the PS Test Harness which cause a conforming Test Product to be identified as non-conforming in a Statement of Errors will be disregarded in determining whether the Test Product meets the Test Criteria.
