Test Fee definition

Test Fee shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3.1. For the avoidance of doubt, Test Fee shall be the amount ATC actually receives after all necessary tax, bank charges and other costs for the payment of Test Fee are deducted. Test Fee shall not include any fee for any additional ATC Testing for A-DUT or any modification thereof.
Test Fee means the price paid by You for the Test in accordance with condition 3 (Price and Payment) of these Conditions.
Test Fee has the meaning as set forth in Section 3.2(a).

More Definitions of Test Fee

Test Fee means the per test amount that is payable by an Authorized Lab when a Licensed NIPT LDT Test is performed by such Authorized Lab as a fee-for-service or reimbursable offering (whether or not Authorized Lab is paid or reimbursed for the test), such amount set in accordance with Section 3.2(c) and payable and/or creditable in accordance with Section 3.2(b).

Related to Test Fee

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.
